It was in September 2022 that Google released their previous core update.
As mentioned above, Google hasn’t given any specifics about the core update or how it will affect organic traffic and rankings.
However, SEMrush’s SERP volatility sensor showed a rating of 8.2/10 on the first day, which means a heavy algorithm impact on rankings.
On the second day, the sensor went down to 6.0/10, which is also a relatively high number.
